New fleet guides in the works.

Hey guys just wanted to let you all know that i do have some New Dilithium guides and ship build guides in the works. Im writing them to text files and then once done i will copy them over. Builds i will describe will include but not be limited to: stillness, shield strip, disarm and rapid reload artillery. I would do one on energy drains but i think I'll let Derek take that one.
